The philosophy of TWF intends to enrich the lives of thousands of under privileged, downtrodden yet immensely talented and determined youngsters by providing them with vocational training in their desired areas of interest, spread awareness about human rights, employment schemes and career opportunities so as to instill self confidence among the youth as well as help them becoming independent and self sufficient in their lives.
People who do not have access to proper education or/and vocational training courses due to sky high fees and unaffordable sundry expenses that come along with it equally deserve an opportunity to prove their mettle and earn their livelihood with respect as do the wealthier sections of society.
